As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for delivering plans across various channels, specifically Modern Trade. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Regional Category Managers to drive business growth with regional category teams will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be tasked with driving in-store execution by ensuring availability, share of shelf, promotions, and asset execution are optimized. Managing distributor relationships will be crucial, including ensuring stock availability at distributors meets set norms and delivering a 100% fill rate to Modern Trade accounts. It will be your responsibility to uphold commercial hygiene by settling all distributor claims promptly and resolving any issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Graduate degree, with an MBA being preferable. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Key Accounts within the FMCG Industry is required. You should have experience managing a team of promoters and merchandisers, along with a strong understanding of MS Excel. The ability to interpret and analyze data effectively is a key requirement for this role.,
