Key Responsibilities
Lead outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into paying customers
Develop and execute strategic calling campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly sales targetsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our product suiteMaintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress using CRM toolsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion ratesMentor junior telesales staff and support training initiativesAnalyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performanceResolve customer queries and objections with professionalism and empathy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of proven Telesales experience, preferably in the dot-com/Concept SellingExceptional communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a fast-paced teamResults-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
