Job Description

You will be working as a Windows Administrator or Linux Administrator at Fulcrum Digital, an agile digital accelerating company providing services across various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Having proven work experience in Windows and Linux systems - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and associated utilities - Understanding networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP - Implementing security best practices, system hardening, and patching - Solving problems with precision and attention to detail - Working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible is a plus - Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure is advantageous You must have expertise in the following: - End-to-end Cloud migration on Azure, AWS - Operational knowledge of key technologies like Linux OS, Windows OS, AD, DFS, SFTP, Cluster - In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Replication troubleshooting and group policies - Managing VMs including installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, patching, backup, and recovery - Data center environments, servers, and network equipment - Installing, upgrading, and maintaining Linux based systems - Troubleshooting Linux servers running various versions like Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS - Azure infrastructure projects designing and deploying cloud environments - Working closely with application, network, and security teams for Azure design - Designing and implementing application services migrations manually and automated - Experience with Windows Based Application Hosted IIS, .NET - Leading proof of concept and pilot implementations - Problem-solving skills to manage diverse projects within tight deadlines - Understanding key value drivers of a business for engagement approach - Developing and owning the technical roadmap for service lines Good to have skills include experience with Git-lab and Git-lab CICD, Config Management with Ansible and terraform.,
