Sr. Technical Writer

As a Senior Technical Writer with a focus on networking technologies, particularly Industrial IoT switches, routers, and wireless devices, you will be responsible for documenting IOS-XE based Polaris features and producing top-notch technical content for CLI-based networking products. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and updating product documentation for Industrial IoT networking products. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to grasp the intricacies of Polaris (IOS-XE) features. Utilizing tools such as Oxygen XML Editor, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and MadCap Flare, you will create and maintain content. Your ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you must possess a track record of documenting switches, routers, and wireless devices. Hands-on experience with Oxygen XML, AEM, and MadCap Flare is essential. A solid comprehension of CLI-based products and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also required.
