Your primary responsibilities will include developing and updating product documentation for Industrial IoT networking products. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to grasp the intricacies of Polaris (IOS-XE) features. Utilizing tools such as Oxygen XML Editor, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and MadCap Flare, you will create and maintain content. Your ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you must possess a track record of documenting switches, routers, and wireless devices. Hands-on experience with Oxygen XML, AEM, and MadCap Flare is essential. A solid comprehension of CLI-based products and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also required.
