Sr. Technical professional

Role Overview: As a Sr. Technical Professional specializing in Furnace Projects, your role will involve the preparation of Technical Requisition, Project Design Basis, and Engineering execution plan. You will be responsible for reviewing the basic design of Primary reformer / Furnace / heater / flare components, including calculations for Pressure part, combustion, and Draft. Additionally, you will review Process datasheets, PFDs, P&IDs, and control narratives, while collaborating with other disciplines such as Static, Machinery, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Civil. Your role will also include participating in Technical Bid Evaluation, 3D Model & Iso-metric Reviews, Hazop studies, and visiting Vendor Fabrication Shops and client Sites during critical project stages. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of Technical Requisition, Project Design Basis, and Engineering execution plan - Review and design of Primary reformer / Furnace / heater / flare components - Collaboration with other disciplines and review of Process datasheets, PFDs, and control narratives - Participate in Technical Bid Evaluation and 3D Model & Iso-metric Reviews - Visit Vendor Fabrication Shops and client Sites during critical project stages Qualifications Required: - A graduate Mechanical / Civil engineer with around 12-15 years of experience - Excellent understanding of P&IDs, calculations of Furnace / heater components, and interface engineering with other disciplines - Proficiency in intelligent CAD systems like PDMS, E3D, SP3D, Tekla, AutoCAD, and MicroStation - Experience in 3D Model reviews, responding to queries with technical justification, and liquidating Punch Lists - Ability to perform various Engineering and Project functions, establish change management processes, and assist during procurement and execution activities - Strong communication skills in English and willingness to travel for client meetings and project needs Additional Details: You will work closely with different Technology Leads within various KBR Offices.,
