Sr. Technical Officer (Poultry)

Position: Sr. Officer – Technical Services (Poultry Feed Division) Female Candidates Only

Role: Provide technical support to the Poultry Feed Division and strengthen farmer productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance farmer productivity by offering effective technical support.

Strengthen customer network and awareness of the Animal Feed business.

Provide technical guidance to poultry feed users and non-users to improve farm management practices, animal performance, and farm profitability.

Conduct farm visits, assess livestock, and provide hands-on solutions to farmers.

Address farmer meetings to create awareness and promote GAVL poultry feed solutions.

Collaborate with and strengthen the sales team’s technical capability.

Desired Skills & Experience: Education: B.V.Sc. & A.H. with 7–8 years’ experience in the poultry segment, OR M.V.Sc. (Animal Nutrition, Gynecology, Medicine, Pathology, Livestock Production Management) with at least 2 years’ relevant experience. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of poultry management. Excellent communication skills; ability to address large farmer gatherings. Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Leadership qualities with dynamic, result-oriented mindset. Fluency in the local language; comfortable working in rural areas. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
