Job Description

Sr. Technical Officer in RMC Industry

Experience in Concrete mic design , Trial mix

Location - Bagalur nearby to Yelahanka

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality of raw materials and finished concrete as per industry standards.
Conduct material testing, mix design preparation, and trial mixes.
Perform cube testing monitor both fresh and hardened concrete properties.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to concrete quality.
Share approved mix recipes with batching plant for production.
Guide production staff to maintain consistent quality in concrete manufacturing.
Evaluate admixture cementitious materials, and aggregates from different sources.
Track material consumption and compare against theoretical usage (stock reconciliation).
Provide timely mix details to production teams.
Calibrate lab and plant testing equipment regularly.
Maintain all technical documentation as per QCI and quality system requirements.
Train junior technical officers and plant staff on quality protocols.
Take responsibility for the overall quality of concrete produced at the plant.
Monitor and report on moisture content, testing of materials, and calibration processes.
Maintain records and statistical data for mix performance and quality control.
