Required Qualifications

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications preferred: MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), AWS SysOps Administrator.

Experience

  • 5+ years in Windows Server and VMware administration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell).
  • Exposure to monitoring and incident management tools (SolarWinds, Grafana, ServiceNow).
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Willingness to work in 24x7 support environments and on-call rotations.
