Sr. Technical Expert

Role Description

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3DX Support Specialist (6+ yrs) to join our new team based in Pune, India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting, configuring and developing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions based on Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE v2025 (SaaS model), he/she will be accounted for operational excellence and deliver high-quality results.
As an Application Support Specialist, you will identify and resolve issues for critical PLM business systems within defined SLA. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with key users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance newly built system functionality and user experience.

Mandatory Skills:

L2/L3 Support skills for 3DEXPERIENCE SaaS Platform,
3DEXPERIENCE Administration, Data Model, P&O
Customize and configure the 3DEXPERIENCE platform components,
Customize 3DX applications using MQL (Matrix Query Language), TCL (Tool Command Language)etc.

Good to Have:

Scripting languages experience such as Python, Batch, Shell, EKL for automation,
Develop business logic using Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and JSON
EKL (Engineering Knowledge Language)
