As a Senior Technical Content Developer in Civil Engineering & Design at Autodesk, you will be a key member of the Content Strategy & Experience team within Customer Technical Success (CTS). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality product expertise to customers as they engage with Autodesk's platform. Your focus will be on creating impactful content experiences that support customers in learning, adopting, and utilizing Autodesk's products effectively. Joining a global team of content creators, you will design integrated omni-channel content plans that cater to the audience's needs and drive continuous improvements to enhance customer success. Your role will involve orchestrating content development for customers and partners, particularly emphasizing digital support experiences for the AECO industry. Collaboration with stakeholders is critical in this role as you will utilize customer and product insights to craft audience-focused content plans that enhance customers" post-purchase digital support experiences across Autodesk Civil Engineering & Design products. Your proactive approach will involve designing and implementing programs to manage the entire content lifecycle, ensuring alignment of customer needs with appropriate content formats, delivery timings, and systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing content integration for new products to facilitate smooth transitions and consistent user experiences. Data-driven insights and product expertise will guide your efforts to enhance content consumption and findability through digital channels, with a particular focus on Civil 3D and InfraWorks. You will ensure that content is accurate, easily consumable, and optimized for delivery across various channels, including search engines (SEO) and Large Language Models (LLM). Monitoring the effectiveness of technical content development, you will provide actionable recommendations and insights while guiding and training CTS staff on best practices for content creation, with a focus on efficiency and quality. Representing CTS at industry events, both internally and externally, will be part of your role, where you will build trust and authority among peers and collaborators through clear communication, alignment, and delivering significant outcomes. Staying abreast of AECO industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content strategy will be essential. You will integrate relevant insights into the team to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing. Minimum qualifications for this role include expertise in the AECO industry and must-have product knowledge in Civil 3D and InfraWorks. Additionally, you should have over 5 years of experience in creating and managing audience-focused content plans, analyzing audiences, and overseeing the entire content lifecycle. Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial for translating strategic plans into actionable tasks, prioritizing activities, simplifying complex projects, and driving progress and improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, ability to collaborate across different levels and locations, understanding of customer support operations, and familiarity with content management systems, authoring tools, SEO, and Large Language Models are also required.
