Sr Technical Associate - Cloud & Security Customer Service Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA firewalls to enforce network security policies.
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls, including policy creation, rule management, and monitoring security events.
• Conduct firewall audits, rule optimizations, and compliance verification.
• Analyze firewall logs and security alerts to identify and mitigate threats.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to implement secure network designs and segmentation.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist with Cisco Tetration deployment and monitoring for workload visibility and micro-segmentation.
• Support data collection and analysis within the Tetration platform to enhance security posture.
• Work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot Tetration platform issues.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Cisco ASA firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto firewall policy management and security features.
• Understanding of network security fundamentals, VPNs, NAT, and routing protocols.
• Basic familiarity with Cisco Tetration platform (installation, monitoring, and analytics).
• Ability to analyze logs and network traffic for security events.
