Job Description

As a Senior Technical Account Manager specializing in AWS and Application Cloud Managed Services, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of services while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders. - Aligning services and delivery outcomes with customer strategic goals, priorities, and transformation roadmaps. - Cultivating a customer-first culture within delivery teams to effectively understand and address priorities. - Conducting regular service reviews and governance sessions, presenting performance metrics, risk updates, and improvement opportunities. - Proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through optimization, innovation, automation, and modernization. You will be responsible for: - Owning the end-to-end delivery of AWS and Application Cloud Managed Services engagements. - Ensuring adherence to SLA, SLO, and KPI commitments across infrastructure, application, and operations services. - Leading governance frameworks internally and with customers to ensure transparency, compliance, and accountability. - Tracking, measuring, and reporting on delivery performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and remediation actions. - Driving continuous service improvement initiatives aligned with customer expectations and evolving business needs. Additionally, your role will involve: - Planning and executing cloud transformation and managed services projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget. - Defining project objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and customer needs. - Developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and proactively managing risks/issues. - Ensuring financial management of projects and service engagements to meet budgetary objectives and cost-optimization targets. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - 10+ years of experience in service delivery management, project management, or program leadership within IT Infrastructure, Cloud (preferably AWS), or Application Managed Services. - Strong knowledge of AWS services, cloud operating models, and application support frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships, align delivery to customer priorities, and influence internal teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders and executives. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. - Working knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL), governance models, and agile delivery practices. Educational Background & Certifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a strong plus. - ITIL Foundation/Intermediate certification preferred. - AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / SysOps / DevOps Engineer) highly desirable.
