Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Sr. Staffing Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various sectors such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, logistics, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates through various sourcing methods and ensuring a smooth hiring process aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and role expectations for non-IT positions across departments.
  
• Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, referrals, and other databases.
  
• Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) to evaluate candidate fit.
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate progress.
  
• Manage offer negotiation and follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
  
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or internal databases.
  
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  
• Provide regular recruitment status reports to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• May require occasional travel for recruitment drives or client interactions
