Sr Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve providing technical support to clients by identifying and resolving hardware or software issues. You will be responsible for monitoring network activity and identifying performance issues that may need to be addressed by IT support staff. Additionally, you will coordinate and participate in team meetings to discuss new technology initiatives.
