Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Store Manager at a Designer Luxury MBO/EBO Retail store located in New Delhi. The Senior Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage a team, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing store inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver an excellent in-store experience and address customer needs effectively
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers, train team members, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Store Management skills, including leadership, team management, and achieving sales and operational goals
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to manage inventory, minimize shrinkage, and ensure operational efficiency
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and uphold the brand’s luxury image
• Attention to detail with an understanding of visual merchandising principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in luxury retail, especially in managing MBO/EBO stores, is an added advantage
