Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced Senior Store Manager to oversee end-to-end Store & Warehouse operations, manage inventory in ERP, ensure smooth material flow, and lead the store team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations for raw and packaging materials.
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, and issue of materials as per production plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory in ERP; perform monthly stock reconciliation.
• Implement FIFO and ensure proper material segregation, safety, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production & Quality for planning and dispatches.
• Handle transportation and ensure vehicle availability for timely deliveries.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store and inventory reports.
• Manage vendor coordination for material delivery and returns.
• Lead and train the store team; monitor performance against KPIs.
• Support audit requirements and maintain complete documentation.

Identify and implement process improvements for space utilization and cost control.
