Job Title: Senior Staff Manager Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Department/Group: Cloud Group Experience: 10-14 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Staff Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge SaaS products that tackle planet-scale challenges. This role involves working with real-time data from billions of miles and building systems that process hundreds of millions of IoT sensory inputs daily. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and own SaaS products that solve large-scale, real-time data problems. Build highly scalable systems capable of processing massive volumes of IoT data. Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks. Lead projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Develop efficient, cloud-hosted services and robust data pipelines. Essential Skills Strong programming expertise in Java and Spring Boot . Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals algorithms, data structures, OOP, and SQL. Good understanding of database internals and schema design for RDBMS and NoSQL systems. Proven experience in designing low-latency APIs for large datasets. Expertise in building scalable data processing pipelines . Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-hosted environments. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams to deliver high-quality software. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices. Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
