Sr Staff Manager - Backend

As a Senior Staff Manager at Netradyne, you will be leading the development of cutting-edge SaaS products that address planet-scale challenges. You will work with real-time data from billions of miles and build systems processing hundreds of millions of IoT sensory inputs daily. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and owning SaaS products to solve large-scale, real-time data problems. - Building highly scalable systems capable of processing massive volumes of IoT data. - Translating product requirements into actionable technical tasks. - Leading projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Developing efficient, cloud-hosted services and robust data pipelines. To excel in this role, you should possess the following essential skills: - Strong programming expertise in Java and Spring Boot. - Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, OOP, and SQL. - Good understanding of database internals and schema design for RDBMS and NoSQL systems. - Proven experience in designing low-latency APIs for large datasets. - Expertise in building scalable data processing pipelines. - Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-hosted environments. - Strong analytical and debugging skills. - Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams to deliver high-quality software. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
