Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Staff Manager

to lead the development of cutting-edge SaaS products that tackle planet-scale challenges. This role involves working with real-time data from billions of miles and building systems that process hundreds of millions of IoT sensory inputs daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own SaaS products that solve large-scale, real-time data problems.
• Build highly scalable systems capable of processing massive volumes of IoT data.
• Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Lead projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Develop efficient, cloud-hosted services and robust data pipelines.
  

Essential Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentalsalgorithms, data structures, OOP, and SQL.
• Good understanding of database internals and schema design for RDBMS and NoSQL systems.
• Proven experience in designing low-latency APIs for large datasets.
• Expertise in building scalable data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-hosted environments.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
