Job Description

Monitor and enhance query performance, indexing strategies, and data access patterns
Design and maintain schema changes in the Data Warehouse in support of BI and reporting needs
Collaborate with BI developers and business stakeholders to ensure data models align with reporting requirements
Implement and manage data pipelines for transforming and loading data into the warehouse
Work closely with teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and performance bottlenecks
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems
Education & Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in SQL development with large datasets in enterprise environments
2+ years of experience in managing and maintaining Data Warehouses (on-prem or cloud-based)
Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc
) is a plus but not required
Technical SkillsMust Have: Expert-level SQL skills, including stored procedures, CTE, views, indexing, joins, partitioning, and performance tuning
Experience with database platforms such as MS SQL Server, Azure SQL
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling
Good To Have:Scheduling jobs in SQL server agentFamiliarity with ETL/ELT tools or frameworks like SSIS, SSAS TabularBasic knowledge of PowerBI
Experience with scripting or programming languages (eg, C#, PowerShell) is a plu
Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when working with complex data models
Good communication skills to interact with BI/Analytics teams and business stakeholders
Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setup
Agile/Scrum team experience is preferred
