Who are we looking for?

Designation : Sr. Software Engineer (WordPress)
Experience Range : 3+ years

What is the work?

• Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites, custom themes, and plugins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed.
• Ensure site performance, uptime, and security compliance
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and server issues.
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and configurations
• Stay updated on new technologies, WordPress updates, and industry trends.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, custom theme and plugin development.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with ACF, WP-CLI, and Gutenberg block development.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Exposure to WooCommerce, multilingual setups, and SEO optimization.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web performance best practices.
• Experience with local development tools (e.g., Docker, MAMP, Local by Flywheel).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills.
