The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing application support, resolving technical issues, and contributing to development tasks. This role requires strong debugging and root cause analysis skills, along with a willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Provide application support and resolve technical issues efficiently. Perform root cause analysis and debug backend and frontend problems. Contribute to feature fixes and enhancements using Java and Spring Boot, as well as ReactJS. Write and optimize SQL queries for database interactions. Work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Mandatory Skills 2 4 years of experience in application support or software development. Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Experience with ReactJS for frontend development. Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL databases. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Fluency in Hindi and English. Preferred Skills Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of cloud technologies and services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
