What You ll Do Design AI-powered agents using the latest technologies such as MCP Build AI systems that make smart decisions and amplify the work of Finance analysts. Create reusable AI components that adapt, learn, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Evangelize our AI and Agent technology across FGBS and Amazon. Deliver secure, globally scalable systems that run flawlessly 24x7. Partner with PMs and ML scientists to turn ideas into production bridging research with real-world impact. Mentor engineers and set the bar for quality, security, and scalability. Drive externalization of internal tools into customer-facing SaaS solutions with global reach. Bachelors degree 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team Experience leading and influencing your team or organization Self-directed, ability to multi-task, sharp analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
