As a Project & Team Manager, your role will involve planning, managing, and delivering multiple client projects within defined timelines, budget, and scope. You will be responsible for defining and monitoring KPIs for project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Additionally, you will need to supervise a cross-functional team of developers, database engineers, and analysts, providing mentorship and performance feedback. Communication of project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and management is a key aspect of your responsibilities. It will be crucial to align team resources with project priorities and ensure balanced workload distribution. Conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices for maintainability, security, and performance, and evaluating/recommending technologies based on project requirements are crucial aspects of this role. Troubleshooting complex technical problems and providing hands-on solutions when required will also be part of your responsibilities. Creating technical documentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring quality in coding, testing, and deployment processes will also be part of your role. Additionally, promoting innovation by driving the adoption of emerging technologies aligned with client needs and market trends is essential.
