Sr. Software Developer

As a Software Developer at this company in Gurgaon, your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with stakeholders and providing regular reports. - Gathering requirements, analyzing, estimating, designing, and coding software modules. - Keeping up with new technologies and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing requirements and tight deadlines. - Leading the application integration, design, and code quality aspects of projects. - Driving or supporting the software and platform selection process. You should have 0-5 years of experience and possess the following skills: - 1-6 years of hardcore development experience. - Strong hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate/Mybatis, PL/SQL. - Experience with caching systems like memcached or Redis. - Familiarity with indexing systems like Solr or Elasticsearch. - Proficiency in Java and J2EE design patterns. - Exposure to Unix/Linux environments. - Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, and JQuery. - Experience with application servers like Tomcat and Jboss. - Understanding of SOA or Web Services SOAP and REST. - Familiarity with the complete software development cycle. - Good communication and team management skills. - Implementing code quality tools like SONAR, Checkstyle, and PMD. - Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic knowledge, particularly related to performance. Your educational qualifications could include: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, Diploma in Computers, B.Sc in Computers, BCA. PG: M.Tech in Computers, MCA, M.Sc in Computers, PG Diploma in Computers. Preferred industry experience in Travel, OTAs, Taxi, or IT would be advantageous for this role. Please note that the salary range for this position is between Rs 3,60,000 to Rs 6,00,000 per annum.
