Sr. Software Developer

Your day-to-day tasks may include adding new features, debugging, script tweaking, IIS configuration, and data mining from SQL Server. You should prioritize clean code over clever code and have a customer-driven philosophy. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strong support to a team of developers based out of the Vadodara office - Collaborate with clients in Houston, Texas, USA, including attending daily stand-ups, iteration planning, and other audio/video teleconferencing sessions - Write clean code with good nomenclature, sensible tests, and comments when necessary - Develop unit tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests - Implement new features and resolve bugs in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, SQL, and other technologies - Evolve databases and manage schema migrations in coordination with new features Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in computer programming - 6+ years of experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET stack - Strong command of verbal and written English language - Proficiency in C#, SQL, LINQ, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, Razor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP - Knowledge of MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection, IoC, and other design patterns - Experience with JavaScript templating engines such as Knockout or Angular - Familiarity with Git or other distributed source code management tools - Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment - Ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and work well in a small, flexible, and dynamic environment In addition to the above, you should have the ability to share a sense of urgency and be adaptable to changing requirements.,
