Key Responsibilities

Design and develop
ServiceNow CSM
solutions, including case management, workflows, integrations, and customer portals.
Configure and enhance
ServiceNow ITSM
modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request.
Implement and optimize
Now Assist
features to enhance automation and user experience.
Develop custom applications using
App Engine Studio (AES)
and platform capabilities.
Write, maintain, and optimize
ServiceNow scripts
(Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer).
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality platform enhancements.
Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with best practices.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis for platform-related incidents.

Required Qualifications

810 years of hands-on experience as a
ServiceNow Developer
.
Strong expertise in
CSM
and
ITSM
implementations.
Certified in
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
— preferred.
Deep knowledge of
ServiceNow scripting
, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
Experience with
Now Assist
, GenAI features, and ServiceNow AI frameworks.
Solid experience with
App Engine Studio (AES)
for building scoped apps.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and SDLC processes.

Good to Have

Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSM, ITSM, CSA).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and mobile app configurations.
