As a Sr. SEO Executive at Visibility Gurus, your expertise lies in Local SEO, where you will focus on optimizing Google Business Profiles, managing local citations, and enhancing Google Maps rankings. Your responsibilities include leading local SEO campaigns, effectively interacting with clients, and overseeing a team to achieve tangible outcomes for location-based businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and enhance Google Business Profiles for multiple clients. - Create and maintain accurate local citations with consistent NAP information across directories. - Implement strategies to boost Google Maps visibility and local pack rankings. - Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and emails. - Lead and supervise ongoing location-based SEO campaigns with defined KPIs. - Mentor and assist junior team members in adopting best practices for local SEO. - Conduct keyword research emphasizing local intent and geo-targeted terms. - Perform technical audits and apply on-page/off-page enhancements specific to local SEO. - Offer insights to enhance local landing pages, UX, and conversions. - Monitor and report performance metrics such as map rankings, organic traffic, calls, and direction requests. - Stay updated on local algorithm updates, spam filter changes, and citation trends. Requirements: - 2 years of experience in SEO and client project management. - Profound knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, and geo-targeting. - Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in tools like BrightLocal, Whitespark, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. - Familiarity with schema for local businesses and mobile-first optimization.
