Designation: SEO - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Location: Greater Noida West (Near Gaur City)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

What You’ll Do

● Lead and manage end-to-end SEO strategies for HOSPIDIO’s products and platforms.

● Lead the full cycle of SEO strategy for Hospidio’s medical travel platform, focusing on

driving high-value, qualified patient inquiries.

● Must understand patient concerns/compliance, keyword intent

● Manage and optimize complex site structures (category > subcategory >

treatment/service pages), ensuring strong crawlability and content silos.

● Conduct advanced keyword research with a focus on treatment names, procedures,

destinations, and high-intent, conversion-focused search terms.

● Analyze competitors’ organic strategies in the healthcare and/or healthtech

e-commerce space.

● Optimize on-page and off-page factors: meta-data, schema, E-E-A-T, authoritative

healthcare link-building, and content enrichment.

● Collaborate with content, tech, and cross-functional teams to implement advanced

SEO best practices (including technical, on-page, and local SEO for medical tourism).

● Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance (organic leads, traffic quality,

rankings, conversions) using GA4, Search Console.

● Familiarity with other tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, etc.

● Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and healthcare-specific digital

guidelines to proactively adjust strategies.

● Work closely with content, tech, and marketing teams to implement SEO best

practices.

● Contribute to user experience and conversion optimization, ensuring landing pages

convert high-ticket patient leads.

● Contribute ideas to improve website architecture, content, and user experience.

Boosts visibility and trust, powers category/final pages.

Who We’re Looking For

● Experience: 3-4 years with a proven track record in SEO

● Candidates preferred from healthcare and/or e-commerce background.

● Hands-on experience optimizing large websites with multi-level page structures

(categories, subcategories, and service/treatment pages).

● Data-driven approach for finding lucrative SEO opportunities and evaluating lead

quality, not just traffic volume.

● Comfortable working from our Noida office.

● Immediate joiner would be awesome.

● A proactive problem-solver who loves working with data and finding creative

solutions.

● Collaborative, clear communicator able to work in cross-functional teams, you’ll

collaborate with fellow youngsters across teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
