Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

As a Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at LogicRain Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading successful marketing automation implementations by understanding business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to help businesses optimize their Salesforce platforms for efficiency and growth. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows, as well as integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party platforms. You will utilize AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations for campaign personalization and automation, and analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals will be essential. To excel in this role, you should be certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) and have expertise in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio. Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email development, as well as strong experience with SQL, segmentation, and data extensions, will be necessary. Knowledge of API integrations and CRM data synchronization, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, are also required.
