Role Overview: As a Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at LogicRain Technologies, you will be responsible for leading successful marketing automation implementations by understanding business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be crucial in developing and managing customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. - Develop and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party platforms. - Utilize AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations for campaign personalization and automation. - Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Qualifications Required: - Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred). - Expertise in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio. - Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email development. - Strong experience with SQL, segmentation, and data extensions. - Knowledge of API integrations and CRM data synchronization. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
