Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support and enhance Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Drive end-to-end ownership of Quote-to-Cash and Service Contract processes.
Work with teams to maintain smooth integration with platforms such as NetSuite.
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ including product bundling, guided selling, pricing rules, and contract renewals.
Develop and customize using Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
Build and maintain workflows, Process Builder automations, approval processes, Flows, and validation rules.
Manage data quality, perform data migration, and ensure integrity using tools like Data Loader, Excel Connector, and Import Wizard.
Set up and maintain data security (profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules).
Manage sandbox environments and support DevOps/release cycles using GitHub and Copado.
Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with product owners, administrators, and developers.

Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ development + admin experience.
Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes.
Solid understanding of Salesforce objects: Orders, Order Items, Service Contracts, Contract Line Items, Entitlements, Assetsand how they tie together.
Experience integrating Salesforce with downstream platforms (especially NetSuite).
