In this job, candidates will be responsible for 1. Rapid growth of the brand in terms of placement and visibility at retail points. 2. Meeting and exceeding targets set by the management on a periodical basis 3. Identifying potential distributors, dealers and retailers to maximize sales. 4. Reporting to management on a daily basis & handling team. 5. Visiting dealer, distributor & architect and organizing plumber meetings regularly. 6. Taking proper follow-ups of the company's scheme from dealers and distributors. 7. Opening new towns & galleries in your territory. 8. Providing DSR on a daily basis for informing your day visit & dealer orders. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 1.Candidate must have completed Graduation. 2. Candidates must have 4-8 years of experience in sales(Bathfitting/ Sanitary) 3. Candidate should have fluency in English & Hindi. 4. Candidate should have knowledge of mailing and basic excel.
