Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead and drive sales strategy for Freight Forwarding services.

2. Achieve revenue and volume targets through key account acquisition and retention.

3. Develop business plans aligned with national objectives.

4. Build strong relationships with BCOs, CHAs, and logistics stakeholders.

5. Identify new business opportunities across air, ocean, and multimodal transport.

6. Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service for seamless execution.

7. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt go-to-market strategies.

8. Ensure compliance with internal reporting and CRM tools.

9. Represent organization at regional industry forums and client meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in related field or combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics industry
  • Strong air and ocean product knowledge, working experience in air & ocean operations
  • Fluent in English language, both verbal and written
