Sr. Sales Executive(Medical devices)

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for the company's portfolio of medical devices. This role requires strong technical understanding of medical products, relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital administrators.
• Promote and demonstrate medical devices to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Participate in tenders, quotations, and pricing discussions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven sales experience in medical devices or healthcare solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the medical industry and hospital workflow.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,267.57 - ₹30,000.00 per month
