As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring seamless coordination with our international sales force. This position requires proactive leadership, a deep understanding of the jewelry industry, and an ability to drive high-performance results. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor daily activities of junior sales executives, ensuring tasks, follow-ups, and targets are being achieved.- Identify and onboard new customers through Instagram, online outreach, referrals, and direct sales channels.- Analyze which jewelry products are most liked by customers and coordinate with the design team to develop new styles accordingly.- Coordinate with the USA sales team by preparing and assigning state-wise visit plans; monitor execution and daily progress. Job Description: Senior Sales Executive- Manage customer follow-ups from exhibitions in the USA and UK, ensuring lead conversion and relationship building.
