Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling multi-storeyed buildings. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in multi-storeyed buildings.
• Strong network of clients and brokers in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Graduate degree preferred; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
