As a key member of the team, your primary role will be to enhance the deposit pool from customers and maintain high standards in service delivery. You will be responsible for promoting and selling non-deposit products, meeting cross-selling targets, and promoting MF and insurance products. Additionally, generating fee income, overseeing branch administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the productivity and morale of branch team members will be crucial aspects of your role. You will play a pivotal role in the financial success of the branch by overseeing the overall performance, break-even targets, and the profit and loss statement. Your ability to drive sales, maintain operational efficiency, and lead a motivated team will be essential for achieving success in this position.,
