Job Description

Sales Coordinator is responsible for:

1) To help determine the company’s information & goals, and are responsible for providing management each and every information.

2) To provide any information related to Sales and financial MIS

3) To provide each and every information Sales Projection and Planningwhen required to Sales people

4) To follow up all and every person directly or indirectly related to the Trade

5) To give support to sales people by timely providing Traing, Sales Promotional meterial, and giving infomation for and New sales policices

6) Passing All kind of bills and arrange timely payments.

7) Active to take part all kind of marketing activities.

8) Typically work a traditional 9:30-to-6:30 schedule. Their specific job duties and responsibilities are directly related to the size and goals of their employer

Assisting National Sales Manager & CRO in;

1) Reports before all meetings.

2) Keep a track of sales review checkup and ensure all meetings happens on time.

3) Ensure all meeting as per planned check list

4) Follow up of all meetings to be done. All tasks related to each person to be noted in their delegation sheet and follow-up is done by you.

5) Follow-up CRO for decisions and communicate to all sales team. and make sure everyone in sales team is working as per directions and acheiving their targets

6) Follow up Management fo marketing budget allocation and Execution of marketing activities

7) Ensure weekly & monthly MIS is accurate & Dashboards are complete.

8) To Trask store level Placements, Reordering & sales growth.

9) WH Stock, Deport Stock, DB Stock is as per MBQ.

10) Keep database of work done in Google Drive.

11) Ready to travel for market visit and on ground work for sales.

12) Keep all marketing data upto date & issue to sales team. Most Important Tasks Various MIS reports as per the requirement of the management and Sales Coordinat

Skills Required

*Good Knowledge of Advance Excel, Google Drive, Dash Boards preparation

* proven experience in marketing activities - budget allocation & Execution

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships

*Strong Communication Skills: able to professionally and efficiently communicate across departments. Excellent follow up Skills.

* Ability to remember tasks.

*Punctual & consistant in daily duties.

* Married with Complete Family

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
