• Own and achieve an annual revenue target for the assigned GEO.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key prospects, customers, and partners. • Leverage personal and professional networks to create high-quality sales pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, proposal negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet customer needs.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies specific to the assigned GEO.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor intelligence to leadership.
• Represent CREST ERP at regional industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to enable upselling and customer advocacy.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP sales, with at least 3 years in a senior, quota-carrying role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-crore sales targets.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business processes (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Strong network of decision-makers and influencers (CXOs, CFOs, CIOs) in the assigned region.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of revenue responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience selling SaaS-based ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with local business practices, regulations, and cultural nuances of Middle East and/or India.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate should be willing to travel within and outside of India.
• Proficiency in Hindi
