Sr. RPA Developer

Role Overview: The Emerging Tech Automation team at Providence is dedicated to identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve the caregiver experience. By leveraging industry-leading RPA tools and AI-driven solutions, the team collaborates with stakeholders to develop and test bots that optimize workflows and reduce manual effort. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using UiPath Suite, such as UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and Test Suite. - Define automation architecture and best practices for scalable, robust, and secure bot development. - Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate peer learning sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and SMEs to identify impactful automation opportunities and drive automation strategy. - Develop and manage end-to-end automation workflows, queues, transactions, and triggers in UiPath Orchestrator for optimized bot execution. - Ensure adherence to best practices in exception handling, logging, error recovery, and bot maintenance to support resilient automation solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues by providing advanced debugging and performance optimization. - Work with IT, security, and compliance teams to enforce access controls, governance policies, and risk management in bot deployment. - Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, AI-driven automation advancements, and industry best practices to continuously improve automation solutions. - Drive process mining, intelligent automation, and AI-based enhancements to expand automation capabilities beyond traditional RPA. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. - Proven track record in designing and implementing complex automation solutions in enterprise environments. - Experience with automation solutions in healthcare is a significant advantage. - Deep expertise in UiPath tools such as Studio, Orchestrator, ReFramework, Document Understanding, and Test Suite. - Strong understanding of automation architecture, process re-engineering, and governance frameworks. - UiPath UiARD Certification or similar certification is preferred. - Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and integration with enterprise applications is a plus. - Expertise in AI-driven automation, including Agentic Automation, Document Understanding, Process Mining, and Intelligent Process Automation, is highly beneficial. - Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize bot performance to ensure reliability and scalability. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to lead automation initiatives and mentor junior team members.
