Qualification: B.Sc/M.ScPsychology

Role & Responsibilities:

Leading literature reviews to identify gaps in existing knowledge and proposing research directions.
Developing and refining research frameworks, models, and methodologies.
Designing, developing, and evaluating new games in collaboration with research and design teams.
Overseeing project management tasks, ensuring efficient execution of research projects, including game development initiatives.
Mentoring junior researchers and guiding them in research methodologies and project execution.
Assisting in the preparation and delivery of workshops, presentations, and research reports.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to align research initiatives with organizational goals.
Contributing to strategic research planning and fostering innovation in research projects.

Requirements:

Advanced academic background in psychology, with a strong foundation in research methodologies.
Proven experience in conducting and managing research projects.
Expertise in literature reviews, data analysis, and academic writing.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills to support junior team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to research excellence.
Enthusiasm for driving research innovation and contributing to the companys objectives.
