Sr. Research Analyst / Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality subject matter experts (SMEs) to meet the research requirements of clients in a timely manner. Your primary focus will be to understand the research needs of clients across various industries globally and identify relevant executives or SMEs for research projects. It will also be your duty to vet SMEs to assess their suitability for ongoing projects and recruit them to join our global network of advisors for paid consulting engagements. To excel in this role, you should possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a confident and professional demeanor. The ability to quickly grasp industry dynamics, strong research capabilities, and networking skills are essential. Attention to detail and speed in execution are key attributes for success in this position. Proficiency in a foreign language (European or Asian) would be advantageous. Moreover, you should be open to working flexible hours to accommodate the demands of the role.
