Job Description

You will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Relationship Management by addressing HNI clients for their investment requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling a group of HNI (High Net Worth Exclusive) Clients. - Profiling customers and providing financial products tailored to their needs. - Deepening relationships by cross-selling to mapped broking clients and offering services based on customer needs. - Enhancing & retaining customer profitability by capturing a larger share of Wallet. - Ensuring the profitability of the portfolio by generating high Income per Customer. - Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referral. - Actively networking and seeking referrals to expand the client base and contribute to business growth targets. In terms of Marketing and Business Development, you will: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to acquire new customers in the corporate space. - Acquire B2C or B2B clientele & build a portfolio accordingly. - Assist the Head RM in executing successful micro-events for the acquisition of new clients. - Collaborate within internal teams, including research, investment, and compliance, to deliver accurate and compliant investment solutions to clients. Additionally, you will need to have Financial and Product Expertise to: - Ensure the profitability of the portfolio by generating high Income per Customer. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that could impact clients' financial positions.
