Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for addressing HNI clients for their investment requirements by offering an exclusive product bouquet and providing superior service delivery. Your main goal will be to assist clients in achieving their short-term and long-term investment goals through proper profiling and offering of Debt products, Structures, Equities, MFs, Fund-based Real Estate products, and other Investment products. Additionally, you will be tasked with acquiring and managing a group of HNI (High Net Worth Exclusive) Clients and deepening relationships through cross-selling to mapped broking clients. Key Responsibilities: - Profile customers and provide financial products to meet their needs. - Enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of Wallet. - Ensure profitability of the portfolio by generating high Income per Customer. - Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referral. - Actively network and seek referrals to expand the client base and contribute to business growth targets. - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space. - Acquire new accounts by collaborating with internal teams including research, investment, and compliance. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that could impact clients" financial positions. Qualifications Required: - Experience in client acquisition and relationship management, particularly with HNI clients. - Strong understanding of financial products such as Debt products, Structures, Equities, MFs, Fund-based Real Estate products, and other Investment products. - Proven track record in enhancing customer profitability and generating high Income per Customer. - Ability to network effectively and seek referrals to expand the client base. - Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development initiatives in the financial services sector. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting clients" financial positions.,
