Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven wellness applications. You will work closely with our developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop robust testing frameworks and ensure the highest standards of quality across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI-powered applications and wellness platforms.

Develop and maintain automated and manual testing frameworks to ensure robust quality assurance processes.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate QA best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Perform root cause analysis for issues, documenting and tracking defects to ensure timely resolution.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with expertise in automated and manual testing.

Strong experience with QA tools and frameworks (e.g.,).

Familiarity with AI/ML testing frameworks or methodologies is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to quality and process improvement
