Job Description

Quality Standards & Documentation: Establish and update quality guidelines; maintain QMS records, including incidents and corrective actions.
Audits & Compliance: Conduct internal audits; ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 requirements; coordinate with external auditors for legal compliance.
Production Monitoring: Oversee the entire production cycle; perform regular tests to identify and address potential malfunctions promptly.
Material & Process Inspection: Inspect raw materials, electrical systems, and welding processes (e.g., MIG, ARC) for defects and durability.
Issue Resolution & Reporting: Identify root causes of technical issues; prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions taken.
Quality Metrics & Improvement: Define quality metrics; set and track quality assurance goals; implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
Team Collaboration & Training: Work with internal teams to improve product quality; train staff on quality standards and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
