Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer at Dr. Martens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of front-end multi-channel customer experience projects. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans and test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and tracking defects, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for complex front-end multi-channel customer experience projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. - Identify, document, and track defects and ensure their resolution. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. - Utilize data-driven insights to inform testing strategies and demonstrate the impact of quality assurance. - Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing and executing automated test plans and test cases. - Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman (for API testing), Monetate (Personalisation), Salesforce, Amperity (CDP), SAP Commerce, Klaviyo (CRM), Google Marketing Platform, etc. - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
