Responsibilities

Supplier Management:

Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for switchgear components, raw materials, and consumables.

Negotiation:

Conduct high-level negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and payment conditions.

Market Analysis:

Perform market research to understand industry trends, identify new suppliers, and stay updated on new developments in the electrical and switchgear sectors.

Contract Management:

Manage and review existing supplier contracts to ensure ongoing compliance and benefits for the company.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon quality, delivery, and cost requirements.

Procurement Strategy:

Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies and procedures to optimize the entire purchasing process.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procured items meet the company's technical specifications and quality standards.

Reporting:

Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities for senior management.
